Management Development Centre (MDC)

ABS Consulting offers a truly immersive and interactive management development centre with key result of identifying an organisations high potential talent (HiPo).

During our MDC program, your organisations HiPos will undergo a multi-day workshop whereby they are presented with relevant business tasks and assessments to challenge and pinpoint their true capabilities and skills. Once the truly HiPo employees have been identified from this process, ABS Consulting will aid in reviewing, implementing and facilitating business improvement projects, led by your new HiPos, ultimately to continuously drive productivity and to help increase the companies return on investment
