ABS has had the enormous privilege to analyse and implement more than 500 profit improvement programs for some of the worlds best managed companies. From this experience we have learnt that even the in best companies, the available resources are utilised to only between 50-60%. With the use of an effective approach to implement the right organisational behaviours we have enabled companies to make sustainable quantum leap improvements in their bottom-line in just three to four months. Companies do not have the luxury to take their own sweet time with internal activities meant to bring about meaningful bottom line improvements.
